Common Questions

Things people often ask us

Who are these courses designed for?

Each programme is designed with Malaysians in their 40s and beyond in mind — people who have accumulated some financial history and are starting to think seriously about the years ahead. No prior finance training is needed.

Are the courses delivered online or in person?

Course materials are delivered online at your own pace. The one-to-one and combined sessions included in the EPF and Succession programmes can be arranged in person at our Ipoh office or via video call, depending on your preference.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You retain access to the course materials for 12 months from your enrolment date, giving you ample time to revisit sections as your circumstances develop.

What payment options are available?

We accept bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), online banking via FPX, and instalments for the longer programmes upon request. Contact us to discuss what works best for you.

Is there personal advice involved in the courses?

The courses are educational in nature. The EPF Withdrawal Strategy and Succession programmes include one-to-one sessions with licensed professionals who can discuss your specific situation. We are open about the distinction between education and regulated financial advice.

Can I take more than one programme?

Yes, and many learners do. A sensible starting point for most people is the Financial Plan programme, which builds the foundations that make the later courses more useful. We are happy to talk through which sequence fits your situation.

What if I need to pause or withdraw from the course?

We understand that life does not always cooperate with study schedules. If you need to pause, please contact us within the first 30 days of enrolment and we will work something out. Our full refund and deferral policy is set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Ready When You Are

Have a question before you decide?

We are happy to have a straightforward conversation about which programme, if any, is a sensible fit for where you are. No obligation, no pressure.
